New! Stardel Liquid Eyeliner produced the entire process in Korea and used inks imported from Japan. Unlike other products that have inked on the sponge, using the new technology ink tank of Korean corporation, the ink in the tank is not easily dried, and it is made to dry up quickly after use on the eyes. And with a microfiber brush, you can draw your eye line to your desired thickness with a feeling of softness and without irritation. It gives you an Eye Make-Up that will be all day long without smudged. Grips of moderate size are made to be portable and also easy to use.
