Order Processing
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).Shipping Standards
- U.S. Domestic: 3~5 business days
- U.S. International: upto 7 business days
- International: 7~21 business days (not guaranteed)
Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method except Same Day.
Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day, Next Day or Same Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available.
Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. -
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom items are non-refundable. We will only accept a return or exchange of custom items that are in DAMAGED condition with original tags. Return items cannot be worn, washed or altered, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
*ALL RETURN ITEMS will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Item returned must be accompanied by the original packaging slip. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or items purchased from third-party retailors (Amazon, EBay, Golf shops or specialty retail stores).
Items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase. Please contact info@mpswing.com for the return(s). The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. Promotional items also must be returned within 14 days of original purchase to receive or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 14 days of when we receive your return. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve processed the returned product(s).
We do not offer free return service if you are returning the item(s) because of changing mind or changing size.
